Friday night featured yet another lavish reception, this one at the Belvedere Hotel, where Fitzgerald hosted a poignant sweet sixteen birthday party for his daughter Scottie in 1937. As conferees snuck peeks at the Owl Bar and rode the elevators in search of ghosts, they feasted on a spread provided by Truffles Catering, located in the Belvedere itself.
