Highlights of this first day of conference included Joan Hellman's slide presentation of "Fitzgerald's Baltimore" -- the life and times of F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald when they lived in Baltimore, 1932-37.
A reception at the George Peabody Library that evening was sponsored by The Johns Hopkins University Press, and the Sheridan Libraries, The Johns Hopkins University.
